We'll arrange for your gas,electricity and water meters to be read monthly, either by your own staff or yourselves, and use these readings to monitor your monthly usage using our Systemslink 2000 - ENERGY MANAGER monitoring & targeting software. This software is designed to highlight increases in usage and monitor the effectiveness of heating controls.

The majority of gas,electricity and water bills are estimated and paid via direct debit. Few companies have the time or expertise to check that these bills reflect actual usage.

We'll provide a financial report every 12 months (more regular if required) enabling you to check payment against actual fuel and water usage. This report will also compare expenditure to date compared with estimated year end costs.
