Vesuvius opens offices in Stone, Staffordshire Vesuvius has moved into new offices on the High Street in Stone, Staffordshire.
Vesuvius launches 24 hour fault reporting service Vesuvius now offers a 24 hour telephone fault reporting service as standard to all clients. Faults during normal working hours (08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday) should be reported via our new dedicated faults line (0845 880 3200). Faults outside normal working hours should be reported via (0845 880 3201). Additionally, faults can now be reported via the Vesuvius website.
